About the Guild
The Guild is comprised of local individuals that provide support to Wittenberg students. The Guild’s mission is to aid Wittenberg University in a spiritual, social, and financial way. The money raised by the Guild is used to support area students in the form of scholarships, allowing them to realize their dream of attending Wittenberg University. Members of the Guild are alumni, staff, family of Wittenberg students, and friends of the Springfield/Clark County community who want to support the mission of the Guild. You do not have to be an alumnus of Wittenberg to assist/support/help the Guild as it supports local students who attend Wittenberg University.
To inspire local students to attend Wittenberg and ensure they have the resources to do so, the Guild has been raising scholarship monies to award to all local students who enroll at Wittenberg. The scholarship fund has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars from the generous donations from its members and the Springfield-Clark County community at-large. As a result, local students every year receive scholarships that allow them to attend Wittenberg.
How To Join
The Wittenberg Guild is open to anyone interested in Wittenberg University and the mission of the Guild, which is to provide financial aid to local students interested in receiving an outstanding, liberal arts education at Wittenberg.
A donation of any size will secure your membership, and all donations are tax deductible. Donations may be made on-line using this link.
